Children & Adolescent Behavioral Health Services
Structured residential care for youth with behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs.
Level III Residential Services
24-hour structured residential treatment in a safe, therapeutic home environment. Eligible members may also participate in Family Centered Treatment (FCT) to strengthen family relationships and support successful transitions home.
Behavioral Support
Individualized support focused on emotional regulation, healthy behaviors, coping skills, and positive decision-making.
Clinical & Therapeutic Support
Treatment planning, therapy, clinical oversight, and collaboration with each youth’s treatment team.
Community Integration
Structured recreational, educational, and community activities that encourage healthy social development.
Crisis Prevention & Stabilization
Proactive behavioral supports and interventions designed to maintain safety and stability.
Transition & Discharge Planning
Collaborative planning to support successful transitions to family, community, or another level of care.
IDD & Autism Services
Person-centered residential and community-based supports for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism.
Alternative Family Living (AFL)
Residential support provided in a family-style home environment with individualized assistance and supervision.
Residential Supports
Individualized residential services that promote independence, safety, skill development, and community participation.
Long-Term Community Supports (LTCS) — Levels 1–5
Individualized long-term supports based on each member’s assessed needs and level of support.
Community Networking (CN)
Community-based support that helps individuals build relationships, develop interests, and participate meaningfully in their communities.
Community Living & Supports (CLS)
Individualized assistance that promotes independence and meaningful participation in home and community life.
Respite Services
Short-term support that provides continued care while giving caregivers and natural supports temporary relief.
Community Integration
Opportunities to participate in recreation, social activities, volunteering, and other meaningful community experiences.
